Falcons Off the Field: Sean Weatherspoon

The Atlanta Falcons have a strong focus on serving the community as a team, but many individual players take the initiative to give their time and resources to support excellent causes. Linebacker Sean Weatherspoon is one of those players.

Weatherspoon's SPOONful of Hope Foundation provides resources to support low income and inner-city youth as they strive to reach their full potential. On November 4th, Spoon will host the first annual Celebrity Waiter Night at Ocean Prime in Buckhead. Spoon, and several teammates who are joining with him to support this effort, will be serving guests a four course meal, all for a great cause. The event will also feature live and silent auctions to generate funds for SPOONful of Hope.

Tickets to the event are on sale now through Weatherspoon's website. General admission tickets are $250, and VIP tickets, which include a pre-dinner reception and a Falcons football for player autographs, are $350.
