Falcons fans, I am pleased to announce that I will be contributing to the greatest Falcons blog ever created starting here on out. In case you don't know, I'm referring to this site. For my first official post, I'd like to give a little background info about myself just to get things started.

I've lived roughly 30 minutes north of Atlanta my entire life, so naturally I am a huge homer for all of our sports teams. I love the Falcons, which normally leads me to being biased towards any cause of theirs. I absolutely despise the Saints, which should please most of you who frequently venture here.

Currently I'm enrolled at Kennesaw State University, trying to figure out what to do with my future. I am also an intern at Georgia Aquarium, so if any of you would like free tickets, don't hesitate to ask (seriously though, I'm not allowed to do that).

I have been covering the Falcons over at BleacherReport.com, and have been one of their Featured Columnists for the past seven months now. I've also written for several other websites—some of which I still contribute to—mainly covering topics dealing with Atlanta sports or fantasy football/baseball. I covered high school football as well this past fall for a local paper, which was an interesting experience. Unfortunately they don't keep official stats for those games, so you're pretty much on your own with your facts.

I'll try to attend at least a couple games each season, but if I'm not at the Dome I'll surely be watching at home. The only game I missed last season was the rout on Jacksonville, but I was on vacation and it seemed more like a scrimmage against a JV team, so I wasn't too upset.

I'm looking forward to sharing my opinions/insight with you all. If you have any questions, feel free to ask away.
