Falcons Boldest Fan Series: Boldest Fan Of The Franchise

We're now to our boldest fan of the franchise in general. I'm sure you've all been waiting with bated breath for this.

Given the paucity of nominations, we again had some pretty limited choices here. In the end, I'm going with Julia Elliot. Kind of a no-brainer, in many ways, since you could argue she was the very first Falcons fan. If you'll recall, Elliot was responsible for coming up with the team's name, as sportsfan4life2012 noted in the nomination thread:

"The falcon is proud and dignified, with great courage and fight. It never drops its prey. It’s deadly and has a great sporting tradition."

Tough to argue with those credentials.

Honorable mention could go to dozens of choices, but I wanted to include Jenny Myers. Myers, who follows The Falcoholic on Twitter and is a long-time fan, gave me a very compelling reason.

So that's our boldest fan for the franchise. Agree? Disagree?
