I'm not going to roll this game in sugar and serve it to you. The Falcons lost because they played a terrible game of football. Period.
I'll have a full, painful recap tomorrow morning, but for now discuss the game here. If you want something a little cheerier, you can head into our 4 p.m. and later open thread for games that have no bearing on our beloved birds.
There's going to be a lot to work on after this game, and the offense leads the charge in that regard. We saw some putrid decision making, lackluster offensive line play and playcalling that rivals General Custer's. Like I said, we'll get into it tomorrow.
I don't want to, but I'm going to have to start warning people, at minimum, if you can't at least try to get along. This game sucks, but don't take it out on your fellow Falcons fans.
