The Great American Stat Awards: Least Valuable Offensive Player

2010 brought us unadulterated joy, utter sadness, and (thank Vishnu) 7 offensive pro bowlers.

Join me after the jump where we'll ridicule the scrap heap choose our LVOP!

And the nominees are [insert drum roll]:

(1) Jenkins

DVOA was 5.7 percent (ranked 36/85 WRs with 50 or more passes). 56 percent catch rate, 41 receptions, 505 receiving yards, 2 touchdowns, and 0 fumbles. 12.3 receiving yards/reception and 2.2 YAC/reception.

(2) Norwood

Doesn't have a DVOA because he only played in 2 games. 8 yards on 2 rushes. 1 reception for 9 yards. 0 touchdowns and 0 fumbles.

Considered not including him. Maybe the injury wasn't his fault. Maybe it was (they say yoga does wonders). Maybe I'm just bitter.

(3) Douglas

DVOA was -26.8 percent (ranked 81/85 receivers with 50 or more passes). 42 percent catch rate, 22 receptions, 294 receiving yards, 0 touchdowns, and 0 fumbles. 13.4 receiving yards/reception and 5.8 YAC/reception.

(4) Finneran

DVOA was -4.3 percent (would have ranked 63/85 WRs had he been targeted 50 times). 61 percent catch rate, 19 receptions (31 targets), 166 receiving yards, 3 touchdowns, and 0 fumbles. 8.4 receiving yards/reception and 2.4 YAC/reception.

Vote early and often Falcoholics!
