Oh, football! How I've missed you.
The Kansas City Chiefs hopped into the back of a rickshaw and made their way to Georgia today for this, the first pre-season game. Expect to see the grim visage of John Parker Wilson fill your screen on a regular basis tonight.
The real reason to watch this game? The position battles, of course. Sean Weatherspoon gets his early shot at the spotlight, one of the Kerrician Weemsameieran trio gets a chance to distinguish themselves in the absence of Michael Jenkins, and our young cornerbacks can slug it out with Chiefs receivers while they compete for a job. It should be an awesome evening.

Who? Atlanta Falcons and Kansas City Chiefs, 8 p.m. EST
Where? Georgia Dome, Atlanta, Georgia
Weather? Domey with a chance of torrential dome.
Fun Fact? Tony Gonzalez once played for the Chiefs. Huh. Seems like a distant memory now.
Injuries? I wrote this before the official site's injury report went up, so I'll update in the comments later. Mike Peterson, Dunta Robinson, Jerious Norwood and perhaps Peria Jerry probably aren't going to play. For the Chiefs...well, who really cares?
Foe? You'll want to check out Arrowhead Pride, one of the best team-specific football blogs in the business. If you're joining them for the game, please be polite.
GO FALCONS! Let's bust these Chiefs down a notch!
