A Thanksgiving Day Open Thread And Message

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

As you tear into plates full of turkey and cranberry sauce this holiday, take a second to reflect on what you're thankful for. I know I'm thankful that:

• The Falcons are 8-2 and well-run for the first time in recent memory.
• Matt Ryan, Roddy White, Curtis Lofton, Brent Grimes and a host of others have developed into terrific players in a very short amount of time.
• I have a great staff, terrific readers and The Falcoholic is still growing strong.
• Turkey. Damn, I love turkey.

So eat and be merry today. Consider this your open thread for the full slate of Thanksgiving games, none of which promise to be all that great...unless the Cowboys beat the Saints. Ah, to dream!
