According to the piss-poor Top GM list at Forbes, our boy Rich McKay is number 19. He's probably pretty flattered by that, and he should be considering that his GM skills would get the Above Average stamp from me. Maybe pegged in the 50's, but not #19. McKay alternates between doing really well in the draft and picking up some key free agents, but he's completely incapable of doing both in the same year. The fact that our free agent class has been not so great so far suggests that he's saving his wizard work for the draft, but still. That list is on something, man.
