Crumpler Does Not Sign With Titans?

We'll miss you, big guy.

Head over to Music City Miracles  for some reaction on this in the near future, and wish them well. Hopefully Alge's knee is set to go.

Update [2008-3-2 22:42:27 by Dave the Falconer]: How dare you make me look like a fool, Alge Crumpler's agent? I will eat you for breakfast!

Update [2008-3-3 11:14:49 by Dave the Falconer]: I dunno about you, but agents drive me insane sometimes. I wasn't aware that Alge's signing was a matter of national security. It looks like he's signed with the Titans after all.

Good luck out there, Alge.

Hate to nit pick, but you missed an "S" at the end of the domain name.  The singular takes you a spam/scraper site.

I believe is the correct address.

Crump
I hated to see him leave and I do wish him well.  It's not that The Falcs didn't want him, it's just that the TE in the new regime is a totally different position.  Hence the signing of Hartstock, signed for his blocking skills and definitely not for his hands (24 catches for 247 yards and no TD's in 4 years).

And one more thing....
Crump is going to a team with questionable WR's and a QB known for his running as much as his passing.  Sound familiar?  Now VY has his go to guy when plays break down.

Expect a return to form for Crump.  I won't be surprised to see him back in Pro Bowl form.

Awkward.....
So Crump's agent denies that anything was signed yet.  He said they only talked.

Good
At least he is (maybe?) in the AFC, far enough away he can't hurt us.
