NBA Break!

If you give even half a crap about basketball, watch this ESPN video right the hell now. Dwight Howard as Superman and Gerald Green's cupcake dunks are the stuff of legends.

Yes!
I am not a huge NBA fan but I do have to say that I am glad that the dunk contest eventually made it back.  Wasn't gone for a few years?

I LOVE the creativity of those two dunks.  That's exactly what the contest needs.  I mean there are only so many ways to dunk a basketball, why not start using props?  I love it!

In a way, each of us has an El Guapo to face.

The Hawks
I would give a crap about basketball, but the Hawks have become even more difficult to watch than the Falcons.  I went to the Falcons vs. Cowboys game at the end of the 2006 season in December, and I don't think anyone realized that there was a Hawks game the same night.  I'm sure that the large TV in the Hawks' stadium was probably playing the Falcon's game.  Hell, I wouldn't even take free tickets to a Hawks game, that is, unless Dominique Wilkens and Spud Webb were back on the team.

basketball
it must be tough living in atlanta and wanting to be a sports fan....oh the college game is still king but pro sports are sorely lacking. i'm sure their is a small but rabid group who live and die [mostly die]with their hawks and falcons and the braves[ i can't count the hockey team, they should not exist..]it is a tough town, the fans are not as passionate and their teams seem to mirror them. what is wrong with the city? it has all the makings of sports craziness but.......it just doesn't cut it. any answers?
