Will Zeke Motta Remain A Falcon?

The question is will Motta stick with this team through 2015.

Zeke Motta was a supposedly project player coming out of Notre Dame back in 2013, Let's be honest. Us as fans thought he would make some type of Impact for this unit heading Into 2013 but my predictions wasn't true, I don't know about you guys! When Motta saw action on the field he didn't show much, considering the fact that William Moore was battling Injuries and Thomas DeCoud was the victim of that horror film. Atlanta just didn't have much depth at the safety position during that season.

Zeke had suffered a major neck injury In his rookie campaign that could have probably ended his career, please note that I said "Probably". That's going to be some adversity to bounce back from. I do have faith In this kid don't get me wrong but with a whole new safety unit, head coach, and coaching staff, Motta are facing long odds. Much as I hate to write this It's only right that I tell you, Atlanta really doesn't need his service anymore.

If Dan Quinn keeps him around he'll be nothing more then camp material, If he's lucky enough to stick around that long then he'll be fighting for nothing more then a spot on the practice squad. I'll like to see him have a bounce back year here In Atlanta but It won't be easy. Zeke already has William Moore, Kemal Ishmael, Dezmen Southward and Dwight Lowery If re-signed In front of him, and then some more coming In out of free agency plus college. So yes, It's long odds.
