It's a little early to worry about this, but the Falcons have to be hoping that their young guys will step up and
Depending on who your source is and what day, you may have heard that Massaquoi was the most impressive early, or this gem from Knox Bardeen:
Malliciah Goodman is tearing through thr second & third team OL in drills. #Falcons— Knox Bardeen (@knoxbardeen) August 1, 2013
When it comes time to rip apart first-stringers, though, nobody has been a true standout. I've believed since Goodman was drafted that his potentially elite physical talent will carry him a long way, but it's one thing to dominate backups and another thing to smack down starters. Massaquoi has held his own against first-stringers, and Maponga just hasn't done a lot yet as he comes back from a foot injury.
This battle will clarify as we move forward, but all of these guys have work to do.
Who do you think will seize the most prominent role here?
