John Abraham Visits The Seahawks

Kevin C. Cox

WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY?!

Okay, I should probably add some context to this. The report that Abe is heading to the Seahawks may not lead to a darn thing, but it's a jarring reminder that John Abraham could be playing against the Falcons for a rival next year. That's a tough realization to swallow with one of the franchise's all-timers, regardless of how classy an exit he made.

We know that Abe can still bring the pass-rushing heat, and that's more or less all a team like the Seahawks is going to ask him to do. He's actually a good fit there.

I'm gonna miss the guy, plain and simple, even if it was ultimately the right move for the team.
