Could Peria Jerry live up to expectations in a 3-4?

I've been thinking about this all day. Could peria jerry emerge as a quality DE in a base 3-4 defense and finally live up to the expectations of a first round pick? And could we see Lawrence sidbury step up and be a rush LB if given the chance? If I had to pick between the two I would likely choose Jerry. When he first came to the Falcons he was known for his quick first step and acceleration. As a undersized DT maybe his strengths could lie as a DE in a 3-4 defense. With his quick first step and his exceleration 2 of the most important things needed to be a good DE in a 3-4 defense he could possibly turn into the great player we all thought he could be. As for sidbury if he is willing to stay around for the right price to prove himself I say give him a shot but we do have massaquio sorry for the spelling lol and he is the better fit imo. What do you guys think can Jerry step up as a 3-4 DE ? Should we even consider him as a option? Lots of feedback on this guys please.
