Frank's Mock Offseason 1.0

No time like the present to start looking forward to next year. We won't have the best pick in the draft (30th I believe), so there may some moving around.

Key Deaprtures

Todd McClure - retirement

Tony Gonzales - retirement

Brent Grimes - signed by another team to a big deal

Turner - Big cap savings

Key Resignings

William Moore

Sam Baker - Had a great year and prooved his worth tonight against A Smith

Palmer - RFA

Antoine Smith - Special Teams

Matt Ryan - He's going to get a big time deal that saves us some cap room for this year to resign the above guys, and make a move in FA.

Key Pickups

I've been bouncing back and forth, and with where our draft position is, and depth of D lineman I find it hard to pass up on some of those TEs in FA

1. Jared Cook - obviously the #1 guy out there

2. Dustin Keller - injured most of the season, could be had for cheap despite some very good years. Undersized though compared to some of the other TEs out there and in the draft.

Draft

If the top tier DEs are gone, and we do pick up a TE in FA, I'm predicting a trade down and out of the first round.

2 - DE

3 - RG

4 - DT

4 - RB

5- CB

6 - WR

Don't Know about compensatory picks, but we should get a good one for Lofton, use that on another D line man.

However if we don't land a big TE in FA, still think we trade down, sign a guy like Dallas Clark to mentor and fill in.

2 - DE

3- RG

4 - TE

4 - DT

5 - RB

6 - WR
