And verily, it came to pass that Samuel and Matthew came upon the hill.
There sat the one called Gonzo, warming himself at the fire. A rare pensive look formed upon his brow as he stared through the campfire.
"O, what troubles you on this fair evening of our destiny, Master Gonzo?" queried Matthew.
"I await the return of The Prophet Abraham. At sunrise did he ascend the mountain to seek a sign of our fate in the battle forthcoming on the morrow." As he spoke, the one called Gonzo grasped a blazing ember in each hand and held them aloft to test his readiness for the imminent confrontation.
And so it came to pass that Samuel and Matthew joined the vigil at the fire on the hill. In time their silent watch was joined by Brother White and Brother Burner.
The night descended upon them and the diamonds of the evening pierced the black sky above. Those beams of energy shifted slowly and steadily to form a unique and significant alignment.
And lo, from high upon the mountaintop, two figures did appear. Swiftly they approached the faithful guardians of the fire. Swinging low into their field of vision flew a great and mighty Falcon, screeching in glorious song as it joined the loyal followers at the fire. And yea, borne upon the wings of this mythical Falcon came none other than a joyous Prophet Abraham.
"Rise Up, my brethren! I come to greet you with fair tidings of victory in our impending quest upon the field!" declared The Prophet Abraham.
And Rise Up they did.
So it is written.
