I know sometimes we poke fun at how Robert James could possibly still be on the roster, but he logged an impressive 62 snaps against the Ravens, writes Jay Adams over on the official site.

James even drew compliments from GM Thomas Dimitroff, who said he hopes he fits in well with the scheme. James had a pretty active game, leading the way with five solo tackles and a sack - a good day for a linebacker, for sure.

While James can't play MLB, it is possible that someone like Spoon or Nicholas could shift over to MLB and have James come in and play one of the outside positions. I'm actually surprised Spoon doesn't just play all eleven defensive positions, as much as he loves the game.

In any case, it looks like Robert James may be here to stay, whether because he has dirty photos or because he's actually earned his spot.
