Panther's Preseason game

I know this isn't directly related to the Atlanta Falcons, but I was watching the Panther's preseason game today and I figured I would pass along what I noticed about the first quarter. (That was the only quarter I watched because the Olympics came on and those took priority) The main things I looked at were the previous two first rounders, Cam Newton and Luke Keuckly, and the lines both offensive and defensive.

Cam Newton: he wasn't great when he had to throw the football. He checked down to a RB and the RB was forced to jump and fully extend to catch it, giving the defense more time to get to him. Later, he threw it to a receiver in the end zone, and the receiver didn't have a shot at catching it. However, he didn't seem to make as many bad decisions as last season, and his mobility hasn't changed.

Luke Kueckly: he looked very very good. I definitely see him being a player to watch this year. He was a tackling machine, and he even got a forced fumble. I'm telling you this guy was a big playmaker.

Offensive Line: It didn't look too good, I saw Cam get sacked twice in a row, albeit one of those times it looked as if he was moving up to make a run for it.

Defensive Line: They got good penetration, I don't think they got any sacks, but they did pressure the quarterback to force a interception. There were probably more errors caused by them I didn't notice. On the other hand their run defense wasn't too good. This may have just been because they were going against Arian Foster but their line did give Kueckly more opportunities to shine.
