Just found this Falcon's blog the other day and there are a few interesting articles. One them explains why Matt Ryan didn't crack the top ten in the QB list.

I do not agree with his ranking in the first place...

But, I do agree the MR2 needs to work on his pocket presence. I think Ryan is top ten already but agree that he needs to work on this area, (or have a stacked OL) in order to become an elite (top five) QB. I hope we focus more top draft picks and spend some money on OL. Many of the great QBs and consistently good teams dump lots of $ into OL. I am glad we got Konz (first rounder in the 2nd). I hope we use our first pick next year on a LT. I like that Ryan his putting on weight too, this will help his passing, durability, and most of all, his confidence. I feel he gets a little skittish in the pocket. Knowing he is stronger will help him in all areas of the game.
