Little discussion post for you all this evening. Drew Brees has finally signed his omega doom super cashwagon contract with the Saints, and, of course, Pat Yasinskas is quick to point out that Brees has only helped other QBs in the division as far as receiving a paycheck.

We haven't really thought about this, but Matt Ryan will be needing a contract extension soon, and we all know that we don't want any other QB piloting our offense, but has Brees just jacked the price of Matty's contract way up? If so, is there a possibility we might run into contractual issues with Matty?

We can all agree that Matt deserves a raise, but hopefully we won't have any holdouts or anything silly like that.
