I'm surprised at the apparent lack of interest in Winslow, who the Bucs are shopping around in trade. If the Falcons could get him at a good price, there could be significant upside to such a deal. His numbers aren't too shabby and he seems to have gas left in the tank. The Falcons wouldn't have a huge gaping hole at TE after Gonzalez' departure. The urgency to groom a youngster there could be deferred for at least a little while.
Of course, there's a downside risk. He's had a history of some dumb-assery, such as tearing up his knee doing motorcycle tricks. His attitude has also been less than stellar at times. Do the Falcons take a calculated risk on Junior Winslow, hoping that he's learned his lessons and is ready to be the team player that the Falcons covet?
