I went on record before and said I thought this was a great time for the Falcons to be on Hard Knocks. I personally would love to see a behind-the-scenes documentary of the Falcons, but unfortunately it will not come this year. I'm afraid that, at this rate, HBO won't bother offering it to us in the future, which is an even greater shame because I think this team needs some more media exposure.

However, it seemed that the Falcons would rather focus on football in 2012 rather than appearing on a reality show. That's fine by any account, but you'd like to think that the Falcons run their ship professionally enough to where they could still get things done both on and off the field to prepare for the season.
