I saw the same game everyone else did on Sunday, and I wasn't amused. The Falcons were sleepwalking for 2 and a half quarters before they woke up, and by that time, it was pretty much over. We got screwed on a couple of calls by the refs, and the only play I was really bent out of shape about was the should of been sack of Cam by Corey Peters, but other than that, was not amused. I understand why some if not all you folks are pissed, and I respect that, but I try not to let it bother me. I've been saying the following for the last day and a half: " I'd rather be in the position we are in (division and playoff spot clinched) and lose than be in the position the Panthers are in and win, because at least we have one home playoff game and the Panthers have Z E R O. I can't put a finger on what is ailing this team other than injuries, I just don't know. I think the coaches will have this team better prepared for NYG on Sunday. Falcons don't lose two in a row, and this a home game, and they are practically unbeatable there. You will see a different team on Sunday. They will get the #1 seed for what it's worth. It's up to the players on the field to execute the gameplan that the coaches prepare for them. This team hopefully will be fine. This season has been a lot of fun, and will continue to be, the last five years have the most successful in the franchise's history, and be thankful for where we are at, we have an awesome owner, GM and coach, and I for one have had a blast over the last five years, and this will continue. I for one, don't want to go back to 2007. Remember that? The run will continue. We will be rewarded for supporting this team. Again, I understand the concern. I have a few myself, but I have moved on from this game to NYG. There are three games (two @ home), and this is a good time to fix issues that are pressing and rest injured starters. Getting that #1 seed would sure help the situation. For any of you going to the game on Sunday (I live in SoCal) please make the 'Dome hell for NYG! Rise Up and Go Falcons!
