We're ending the month of October, and I thought I would be remiss if I didn't mention that we've got a little birthday that has come and gone.

Six years ago this month, I had the opportunity to start off The Falcoholic. We've come a long way since then, with the requisite ups and downs from the Falcons. I would rank this season as the most fun one to cover, given the lack of losses.

Over that stretch, I've seen three head coaches, Joey Harrington playing quarterback, a rock-bottom season, three playoff berths and another one on the way. I've seen the best and worst this franchise has to offer up, and it's been my honor to follow it along with every one of you.

As always, I'd like to thank all of our readers for their support and...well, reading. This site is nothing without you guys and girls, and I hope to spend another six seasons writing for all of you.
