NY Giants pass rush

The Giants pass rush is what scares me the most about this matchup this week. As everyone saw last sunday night they can be downright dominant. After the jump I'll discuss what I think we should do to stop it.

I think we should play the way we did in the first half of this years regular season game. In the first half we saw creative playcalling with reverses to Julio, screen passes (I know). But the main theme of the playcalling was to go away from their dominant pass rusher in Clay Matthews. We took him out of the game and didn't allow him to be anywhere near the plays. I think we should take this same approach with JPP. The downside to this is the Giants have more than one capable pass rusher, Osi, Mathius, etc. However, my roomate is a diehard Giants fan so I have seen a decent amount of their games this year. At times JPP will be the only one making plays; from rushing the passer, to making tackles 15 yards downfield. He is their best player this year and I think if we take him out of the game we have our best shot to win.

What do you guys think? How would you neutralize their vaunted pass rush? Don't you dare use curse words like scr**ns!
