Jaguars hiring Bob Bratkowski

Hello I'm a Jaguars fan, over at BCC, and have a question.
Can somebody please give me a report on Bratkowski, what do you think of him, is he a good coach...the whole nine yards, it'd be greatly appreciated. I'm a little upset though because I heard he uses mostly 3 wide receiver, one back sets, meaning Greg Jones is now expendable. And I love me some Greg Jones. He is one of the best fullbacks in the league, in terms of blocking, and Maurice Jones-Drew's production is likely to go down, if we lose him. Thank you for helping me with this.

You probably want to head up to Cincy Jungle and ask them about him
He was only our QB coach, and only for one year. The most recent team he was OC for was Cincinnati.

Regression???
Lets see, Matt had a career high in touchdowns, passing yards, pass plays of 20 or more yards, and QB rating. He did this behind a terrible offensive line. I wouldn’t call that regression.
