Enough is Enough
Now I’ve been a falcons fan all my life and I really had high hopes for them to go all the way last season. A few people say we got a decent team for this year but I mean come on you can only let your fans down so many times and expect them to still pull for you. After they got destroyed by the Packers last season I was done. That’s why I’m a Saints fan now. They really give it their all each and every game to show how much they appreciate their fans. And now that they have Mark Ingram this is definitely going to be their year. The heart that they’ve shown the past couple years makes it a pretty easy switch from falcons fan to Saints fan. Just look at the quarterbacks, Drew Brees is at least one of the top three QBs in the league and Matt Ryan is extremely overrated. I hope you all agree with me and make the switch too. Or at least find another team to root for besides the falcons.

Sounds like a pot stirrer to me
The Aints never were and never will be any more than a festering pile of dog dung. Nuff said.
Life is a garden. Dig it!

I’m positive this is in no way a Saints fan ineptly attempting to troll a Falcons blog. I’ve never seen THAT before.

The facts are piling up against him
He signed up on September 5 under the name falconsfan1. On September 6th, he makes his first post and comment, declaring his abandonment of the Falcons and his decision to become a Saints fan. He then criticizes your criticism of his pathetic post. Smells like a troll, looks like a troll… Save the cyberspace and delete the post and his membership.

Seriously?
David I want to commend you for having such a happy life that the saddest thing you’ve ever seen is an honest post on a fan site. It’s obvious you didn’t watch falcons lose to the Packers in the playoffs last year.
Better a man to think you a fool...
than you open your mouth and prove him right.
Go elsewhere troll.
I did watch it
We’ve had a lot of Saints trolls rolling into the site lately, so if you are sincere, I do apologize for lumping you in that category. But I fail to understand how any fan abandons their team based on what you’ve said above, either way.

Some quick analysis of your post
So, you’re a Saints fan now, eh? So, why didn’t you call yourself “saintsfan1”? You joined today – presumably long after your metamorphosis. So, why not a Saints-oriented name? And, why join the Falcoholic? Why not join Canal Street Chronicles and post this missive there?
You lost your Falcons fandom over one game… really? Not the smoking crater of the 2007 season? You didn’t switch over to the Saints after their Super Bowl win? You held on through those things – but flipped over a loss to the eventual super bowl winners? And, the team you now idolize lost, the week before, in ignominious fashion, to the only team in NFL history to make the playoffs with a losing record?
In the past, Falcons fans have had many reasons to lament – but last year wasn’t one of them. The loss to the Packers hurt, but the 13-3 season, the third winning season in a row, was pretty sweet. If you’re anything more than 3 years old, and you’ve truly been a Falcons fan “all your life”, then you’ve been through many more painful Falcons experiences than that loss.
Verdict: Troll.

No thank you. We don’t want him. Nobody wants him. Don’t need bandwagon fans. He gives a bad name.
Verdict: Troll.
Thank you sir. He is just that. A Troll and a Fake Fan. And a Rec’d for you.
That's interesting. You know what makes me sad? YOU DO!!! Maybe we should chug on over to mambypandyland...or maybe we can find some self confidence for you YA JACKWAGON!!!!!!

thats a fact jack!
Now Gentlemen, get your butts up, and get back on that horse! You have no choice. The expectations are running much higher this year.
This is a joke right....
I’ve been an avid reader of this blog for over 2 years and have only written two comments because people on here usually take care of what needs to be said, but really??? How do you sign up for a blog just to make a statement like that? You either have a very bad dry sense of humor or you have too much time on your hands. Either way, don’t waste people’s time by posting silliness like this.
“I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul!”
You must have the picture go along with the quote to complete it!

This guy appears to be scared of the Falcons and doesn't look forward to watching our SB run this year.
Saints fan here calling you out falconsfan1
Now I’ve been a falcons fan all my life. After they got destroyed by the Packers last season I was done. That’s why I’m a Saints fan now.
I would personally like to congratulate you for throwing your own team under the bus. This has got to be one of the biggest epic-fail posts I’ve encountered in quite a while. So you’re going to give up on your own team after a successful 13-3 season last year just because they didn’t make it to the Superbowl? And now you want to hop on our bandwagon? I don’t think so. Bandwagon fans are not welcomed for our team. And I know falcon fans will tell you the same thing. Go root for the Bucs or the Panters.
Rule of thumb. Never give up on your team just because they lost in the playoffs or had a bad season. That is NOT a true fan. We don’t want you. Thank you very much.
Dave Choate. No disrespect to you or your bloggers who are real fans of this site. My apologies. I just can’t stand bandwagoners. I don’t care if it’s my heated hated rivals. You don’t throw your team under the bus like that.
That's interesting. You know what makes me sad? YOU DO!!! Maybe we should chug on over to mambypandyland...or maybe we can find some self confidence for you YA JACKWAGON!!!!!!

Yeah I can't believe he had the nerve to post that.
As Dave said it was the saddest thing. No true fan does this. Fact is, he was never a true fan.
I had a neighbor once who was a cowboy fan 10 years and wanted to all the sudden wanted to become a Saints fan. The fact he was a “Cowboy Fan” made me literally want to vomit.
That's interesting. You know what makes me sad? YOU DO!!! Maybe we should chug on over to mambypandyland...or maybe we can find some self confidence for you YA JACKWAGON!!!!!!

Also no offense to the Saints here
But they too suffered an embarrassing playoff loss. If he was going to pick a team to switch to based on last season surely it should be the Packers? The time to bandwagon on to the Saints from the Falcons was after they won the Superbowl in 2009 and the Falcons finished 9-7 and missed the playoffs.
Totally understandable Mosugo and no offense taken
This Troll or bandwagon fan either has way too much time on his hands or he’s just a bitter old man.

Not to nit-pick...
Bandwagon fans are not welcomed for our team. And I know falcon fans will tell you the same thing. Go root for the Bucs or the Panters.
…but, wouldn’t those teams have to not suck for a bandwagon fan to root for them?
13.
Grossman: Sup, you insulin needing bitch! The sex cannon has arrived! Now get the hell out of my locker room, you chinless mother fucker!
All I have to say is WTF was that?
If you switch teams because of the GB loss you weren’t a true fan to begin with. You even give fairweather fans a bad name. You are also an embarrassment to your screen name. You should change your name to “falconstroll1”.
This is one of the poorest trolls I've ever seen
The whole thing is so insensately and witlessly put together that it’s both obvious and not really even that annoying. The only irksome thing about it is that the original poster probably thought it would get a rise out of people. The name makes me laugh as well, this poor troll could construct nothing better than the generic “falconsfan1”.
Ummm...ok?
TNT should've treated Lebron's return to Cleveland game like 2k11 and cut the game off after the Cavs were down by 30. lol

I’m sure this post was just a result of the brain damage you experienced from falling off the bandwagon. Please be sure to wear your seatbelt and helmet this time in case you have the random urge to fall off again or start repeatedly hitting your head against the wall.

I Tried......
Wow i after the warm welcome and kind words I received from the falcoholic community I really tried to give the Falcons another shot but it looks like nothing has changed. At least the Saints game was close. Did we steal something from the Bears??? Because they sure beat us like we did. If anyone wants my season tickets let me know I’ll give them to you for free.
