What's the Word on the Birds?

The 2011 preseason has been fast and furious, and it's been a challenge for Falcons fans to keep up all of the frantic activity.  So, I created a graphical visualization of the most important topics during the Falcons' preseason.

To create the visualization, I compiled 15 Falcons articles from various sources, which totaled 8,560 words.  All of the words were used to create the "word cloud" below.  The result is a visual summary of Falcons news stories from the preseason.

Words that are frequently contained in the news articles are displayed larger in the word cloud.

 

Note:  I omitted four words that are obviously very common in Falcons news:  Atlanta, Falcons, Flowery, and Branch.
