PrintBW is gone now. Can Chris Owens or Franks step up please?If they can't step up then only hope for falcons is some veteran NB released by other teams. Pittsburgh game is going to be very important for evaluating NB position. Giants look depleted at DB if they are signing Brian WIliams. Falcons better make a move rather than hoping some one will get cut or we might end up with another Tye Hill.

Don't think we had any intention of bringing him back
He’s been out there for a month and we haven’t tried to get him in. It took the Giants losing 4CBs to injury for him to sign with any team.
that PFF stat makes me glad we didn't resign him
Guess the coaches are good at seeing that stuff… seeing how they get paid to see that stuff.
75% of passes his way were completed. That is a pretty sorry stat.
I guess we are going to have to go with what we have. Hopefully our D-Line is monstrous enough to make our secondary look awesome.

Compensatory picks?
Anyone know if signings of free agents this late into preseason still count towards determining 2012 compensatory picks?

They won't
The player has to be on the roster as of the start of the season to get compensatory picks. B. Williams was not, as of August 4th.

Allowed 75% of targets to be caught past 2 seasons.
