I just saw that Noel Devine was signed by the Eagles, now there are lots of reports of him going to the Falcons (including NFL.com) however there is many for him going to the Eagles.

I'm not too sure what to make of this seeing as even his Wikipedia page says he's at the Philadelphia Eagles. I think we may have missed out on him.
