Do The Atlanta Falcons Have A Need For Speed?

Here's a debate that's worth having, in my honest opinion.

I know this will ignite some of that old-fashioned Mike Mularkey hate, or the strong belief that the Falcons don't have enough speedy playmakers, but this is a discussion that's not going away. Unless the Falcons dramatically change their offensive philosophy, there's going to be questions about how to incorporate speed and home run threats into the offense.

So talk it out here. Do the Falcons need more weapons? Do they need a new philosophy? Is it somewhere in between? You be the judge.
