This is my first FanPost, so I'll keep it short.
I think the X's and O's problems have been properly highlighted on the blog, so other than that, one area the irks me (and hopefully other Falcons fans) is the seemingly ho-hum attitude all the players and coaches have taken during the year. I see relatively little passion, no instances of fiery players or coaches calling others out for mental mistakes. It seems to me that there is too much "Eh, we'll get em next week" going on and that has become very evident reading postgame comments by Smitty and Matt Ryan. We have top end talent and should have Super Bowl aspirations but, pardon the following cliches, a true vocal leader in the clubhouse has yet to emerge. For example, if a Ravens blows an obvious assignment, he can expect Ray Lewis to open up a can of you-know-what to get him in line.

Should the Falcons players/coaches be more vocal?
