Falcons Up 27 At Halftime On Hapless Jaguars
This would already be a ridiculously fun game even if Michael Turner didn't fling Eric Weems at two Jaguars to gain an extra point of defense.
The Falcons lead 27-0 at the half. They've thoroughly dominated in all facets of the game, with John Abraham pulling down two sacks and a forced fumble, Matt Ryan throwing two touchdowns and Roddy White just basically ravaging the defense. This could actually get uglier, which is beautiful to me.
Continue to talk about the game here. GO FALCONS!

There's no rule against scoring
It’s keeping your starters in til the last minute of a done game. If our reserves come out and hang 50 points, it’s not our fault, we took our guys out.

When Brees is putting up points with 30 seconds left vs the Giants, thats running a score
If we get a pick, I don’t expect our guys to just take a knee. If Redman passes a TD to Meier, that’s not our fault at that point.

Ya see that Saints. That's what you do when you're up by a mile and the games done.

We're up by 35 points, 3 minutes left
have had backups in for a while, kick a short field goal.
Saints up 50, couple minute left. Have purely starts in, going for touchdowns.
Are we the only ones who see why people should not root for the Saints?
Go for it on 4th and 10 up the gut instead of the field goal*

So I'm in a fantasy league
…where the goal is to put together the worst team possible, and I have Gabbert at QB. Needless to say, I’m off to a very good start this week.

Is that legal?

This is what pisses me off
Flacco’s defense won him what, 5 playoff games? and he didn’t sit out half a year with an injury.
But he has the same number of wins….
Very few people actually rate Flacco.
Everyone knows it’s the Rice/Lewis/Suggs/rest of the D show

I knew we could hang with the elite teams but now that were playing elite ball against average teams show’s me they mean business. Cheers to no more “Mr. Nice Guy”.
Wow, Gabbert is so good against the Falcons second stringers in garbage time!
At this point Mayock is just pity-hyping him.
