Trade Deadline

I think that the Falcons should make some moves, what are your thoughts. We STILL need help at Corner, and are hurting on our O-Line...

Dunta Robinson has been a major disappointment. He can tackle but can't cover. Chris Owens will NEVER recover from the abuse he took in the playoff game and D Franks just has not been on the field enough.

With the new rules for kick offs, Eric Weems value on special teams is down, put him ON THE BLOCK and use D Franks as our return guy.

OR.... keep the players and get another D-Coordinator that will allow these guys to play MAN. Van Gorder is killing me with these soft zones! and an O-Coordinator that can call plays AFTER the script is over. We scored on Green Bay with ease on our first drives, then nothing. The mis-direction was killing them, then it went to the same-ol, same-ol...

I love my Falcons, and will ride with them to the end, just a fan with an opinion.

I am keeping an eye on the coordinators, as is (almost) everyone else

if we could pull off a move to bring some talent to our offensive line.. Imagine Matt Ryan having Rodger/Brady time to throw the ball?

Nicely put

I think getting rid of the Coord are the first thing we should do. But if we get rid of them mid season we will eventually pick up there underlings already on the staff. So in order to do a complete re-haul we would have to wait the entire season. Which would suck now, but we would play better ball in the future.

We just don’t have anything to offer to gain anyone. So its hard to imagine what we could actually pull off. But seeing that Curry was dealt for a 4th rounder. Makes me wonder if we can just get rid of all our picks this year for some decent players.
