What's been up with Harry Douglas?
I'm a big falcon fan, but I live in Wisconsin. I have to resort to the NFL.com gamecenter for the most up to date info on the weekly falcon game. Now since I can't actually watch the game, this post might end up being void, but I still have a question for all you lucky fans that can watch the actual game: How has Harry Douglas been playing? In the gamecenter, I've been seeing a very large numbers of incompletions to my favorite receiver HD. I went to the play-by-play, and it confirmed that I'm not going crazy. He had 6 missed opportunities week 2, and another 5 incompletions against the Saints. Can somebody just give me closure on this? Has he lost a step or two due to the ACL? Has Matt Ryan been off target? (an overwhelming amount were deep passes) Does Michael Jenkins really mean that much? Or has the opposing defense just gone Darelle Revis on him?
I didn't expect him to get 10 receptions a game, but I didn't think he would have impact that has been so insignificant. I would just be grateful if somebody could tell me if the video has shown a different story.

Matt has been off target on a lot of throws to Harry for some reason
Not sure what the problem is, hopefully they’re just working out their chemistry and it’s a temporary issue. A lot of the incompletions have been on potential big plays, so if they get it worked out HD could suddenly become a pretty big factor in the passing game.
He's been gone for a year, and tmk, he wasn't involved in every team workout in the offseason.
I don’t even think he played in all the preseason games. (Too lazy to look right now.)
But I think the chemistry is just off. Remember, that was a hostile environment in only week 3.
If HD was wide open in OT like everyone says he was, then he hasn’t lost any steps.
Just give it time. When Jenkins gets back, this offense could be unstoppable.

He's fine.
One was a slight overthrow on a long, long bomb, and two were placed in tight spots where only HD could get to them, but would’ve been very tough catches.

Yep
Also, at least once against the Saints, Ryan threw the ball away (out of bounds) yet Douglas was listed as the Targeted WR – he was the closest, but it sailed about 15 feet over his head.

thanks a bunch
this is all really helpful
He's had a couple of drops
But nothing of concern…yet…
I think that with HD it will come soon hopefully, once teams start keying on White and Gonzalez more.

I think it's going to be a big help for him
When he goes back to the WR3 role when Jenkins finally gets back.
