Our Beloved DT Jonathan Babineaux will be suspended due to his possesion of marijuana. For his lack of judgement, he received some serious punishment form the NFL and the Gwinett County Court.
His punishment will consist of
- A one year prohbation
- 1 game suspension (Our opener against the Steelers)
- A $260,000 fine from the NFL
This seems like the kind of thing that will make Babineaux think twice before trying to do anything of the sort again. So did the punishment fit the crime? Or was this an unfair ruling? Discuss
