holy crap he is from the big ten. He played for michigan and reportedly played most all postions on the o line. sound familiar. one thing i want to know is that; why did mike smith say he let go of ojinaka because he had faith in the young talent we already had, then he goes out and gets this guy. why? i kno he is a udfa so he can be waived or put on the practice squad. i think smitty didnt like ojinaka. ne ways... mark sounds athletic and did some shot put and discess in college as well. as a five year senior he was a captain. one thing that strikes me is odd, is that he has a smudge on his otherwise good record that i figured would turn the falcons off to him. he reportedly punched an illini player in the nuts after he recovered a fumble and stood over mark. It couldnt be proven through video that he actually did it, so idk. here is a link for that http://www.annarbor.com/sports/low-blow-did-michigans-mark-ortmann-strike-illinois-corey-liuget/
i dont know if i like this guy, he looks like kind of a dousher to me and i dont know what to think of the "punch" but a few things are good. He is versitile and if we get him in the last two preseason games he could turn out to be a good back up for late in games when we are winning. we could put him in to not risk injury of other starters. It also looks like he didnt get injured at all in college. That means he cant play for the falcons if he is not injury prone right? So what do you think of ojinaka?mark ortman? the punch? our depth at o line with him? go
i do not take credit for this information my source for this info is http://www.mgoblue.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/ortmann_mark00.html
