Okay, I know most of you don't know me.  Allow me to introduce myself.  I moved to Atlanta in 2000, from Tennessee. I am almost 40, and do sport the required facial hair. I became a Falcons fan with the takeover of Mike Smith and the Comrade.  Mostly, the reason I WASN'T a fan was because of the MV7 fans that could have cared less for the Falcons as a team.  I wasn't a fan of the Titans because in 2000 they were still (in my mind, at least) the Oilers.  So in truth, I had no team. Thus, I resorted for fantasy football. Since the new regime of the Comrade, I couldn't have been happier in player choices, fandom, and even off the field behavior of OUR team.

Now, on to my problem.  With my previously mentioned love for fantasy football, this year has been really hard to even decide if I wanted a team.  Thanks to all of you folks, I have gotten SO into the Falcons and it has lessened my desire to play (like I would be doing a disservice to the Falcons by cheering for my fantasy players on other teams).  So, the problem is, I have as my QB's  Jay Cutler and our beloved Matty Ice, both have 8 week byes.  Do I

1. drop one now when FA pickings are better for backups? and if so who?

2.  Wait til week 7 and see which is more likely to be better for week 8 and pray there is a decent backup?

3. Do nothing and hope i get good production out of my other players?
