I know i know comparing a 5th rd pick to a hall of famer is crazy but it might be a true statement one day. TD was ridiculed for picking him over players like Briscoe and carlton mitchell. He has great hands(something were definitely missing) and runs crisps routes. Hes great for bootlegs and taking pressure off of HD in the middle. Smittys not dumb he knows we need a possesion receiver and meier the best we have on the team. His numbers from kansas dont lie and even though they had a run and gun offense and we have a conservative off(MM pisses me off sometimes with his playcalling) he still can produce.Matt needs a WR with great hands.Jenks needs stick em and even roddy our #1 drops passes.Meier should and will make the team and will be starting by next year unless TD gets a 1st rd WR next yr.Meier along with franks(who also will be a star) will be the steals of this draft. I also like Palmer at TE. He has great hands and we dont need any more blocking TEs. TG could tutor him and theres only a couple good TEs coming out next yr.
