As far fetched as this arguement is i cant help but debate this. Jenks has always been on the fence for me every since his 3rd yr in the league. Most Falcons fans have immortalized Jenks every since the 62 yard touchdown heard across the world. Me idk he solid but i rather go big or go home. In this league with all the different schemes and great cornerbacks you to have a solid sometimes spectacular #2 receiver. With this injury he will be out 4-6weeks about all the way to the Arz game or he could make it to the opener in Pitt. I think someone will impress Smitty enough whether it be Douglas, Meier, or wanna the 2 undrafted rookies in this preseason. Enough to take jenks starting spot which could be good for him cause hes never had to work for a starting spot on this team. I really think Palmer, Harvey, and Wolfe are great finds on TDs part. I really hope they either make the team or the pratice squad. Harvey is basically a Jenks clone and that could possibly be the reason TD signed him. Wolfe is a another slot receiver which could help if HD starts at 2. I think this is a make or break season for Jenks. Can he make a case to stay will have to see.
