Between injuries and now this, Robert James has effectively ensured he's heading for free agency on a team that curiously held on to him for two seasons. The hybrid safety/linebacker was a guy who I went back and forth on including in my guess at a final roster, because the Falcons clearly saw something they liked in him, but that's probably a non-factor now. The team clearly isn't going to part with Jon Babineaux, but he's a far more talented player and holding on to two suspended defenders doesn't seem particularly up Mike Smith's alley.
