WHO GETS THE AXE?
Taking into consideration the roster as currently constructed, who does the FA cut? Where are they realistically going to inject youthful depth from the draft. On the back end I will give my version of the draft and reason for each pick. Please desent/agree as you wish I can take it.

Round #1 OLB Whitherspoon, obviously ever pundit has his own thought process but for me there is no abosolute beast DE left and we already have two high upside projects in Beirman and Sidbury. Peterson is old and Nicholas is average.
Round #3 OT Washington, this pick comes down to depth at the tackle position. Clabo is good now but what about the year after next. Baker is too injury prone for me to be willing to pass on upgraded depth. Svitek is the odd man out here.
Round #4 S H Coleman, this is also a depth pick as we only have three S on the 53. Tye Hill gets the axe, no big lose at CB.
Round #5 C Tenant, this is a pick looking to the future of the team without McClure. He has experience with Ryan and makes the most sense as he comes from a pro-style offense. Romberg gets the axe, as we look to the future.
Round #5 TE Graham, this is taking a flyer on a Peelle type TE for future depth after Gonzales retires. Zinger and Rader would be cut due to their lack of use in the passing game.
Comp/R#5 WR Cooper, possesion type receiver who is a good value here. Most likely forces the Falcons to cut Finneran. He should stick around in a coaching/staff capacity of some sort .
Comp/R#5 OG Bender, another depth pick, not sold on our OG depth behind Dahl and Blalock.
Round #6 CB Ghee, taking a flyer here for some one to push Williams and Jackson in camp. Williams may not be ready at the start of the season.
As I said this my view as the roster is currently constructed, I know it will be much different come August. What the heck I did not having anything else to do tonight so I decided to be the Comrade for an hour.

Your title made me laugh hysterically.
Ghee won’t be there that late. He had a freak of a combine workout.
I think Nicholas is better than people give him credit for. The coaches are sold on his talent and he was one year removed from his baby son’s heart transplant. He probably wasn’t in the shape he wanted to be in because of that.. I’d say this year will be a good one for him.
