The Autograph Session Winners Are...
TomQ, Hardcore Falcon, and gritzblitz. They'll be joining me on the 8th at Roam the Dome in the autograph area.
Just because you may not be able to get an auto doesn't mean you shouldn't come out and watch your team. I want as many Falcoholics on tap as possible. I really want to kick up reader participation, especially the 40+% of you that reside in GA, at Falcons events. We need to make our presence known! Here are the details for Roam the Dome as per the Atlanta Falcons website:
Aug. 8, 2009 at 10:30 a.m.
The Georgia Dome (more information)Roam the Dome will feature on-field drills. But this time, fans will see the team -- and the 2008 Falcons NFL Films Highlight -- on two, new video boards. At Roam the Dome, fans will experience a simulated game including a performance of the National Anthem, a coin toss and player introductions. After the simulated game, fans can participate in skills games on the field. The scrimmage is set to begin around 12:30 p.m. Parking will be available to the general public in the Georgia Dome Orange Lot.
A scant few autograph tickets will be available from certain vendors at the event on a first come/first serve basis, so there may be a chance for some of you to still score an auto! Bit of advice: get there early!
FYI: A ticket gets you into an individual player autograph line and guarantees you one autograph. Yes, this means that you can technically only get ONE player's auto, but hey, it's better than nothing. This also means I forfeited three autographs for the benefit of the winners. You're welcome :-D

Thanks, Tloz!
I really appreciate you doing this for us. Looking forward to meeting some fellow Falcoholics…
Question to tloz and the winners:
Since you can only get one autograph, which player are you going to?

I'm going to stand in the longest line possible...
Matt Ryan. Hopefully I won’t have to go through Harvey Dahl to get to him…
Just remember
Easy listening classics will sooth even the most savage Dahl.

Hahahah...
Chinese folk music….
Wide range of tastes here, but Floyd and Radiohead are my favorites.
I dabble in those as well.
But Metal’s where the heart’s ate. And the battle axe.

Heh...
I take it that was not an accident (where the heart’s “ate”).
Good catch, Tom

Should I be worried?
Kidding…I love to eat a good heart or two…
Does this by chance have anything to do...
with your screen name?
Nope.
TLO = my old nickname on Quake II, The Looney One. Earned it by doing lots and lots and lots of rocket jumps that ended disastrously.
Z = snazzier looking than “S”
WARLOCK = the type of guitar I play, a BC Rich NJ Warlock.

Only if that Kramer is vintage 80's and fluorescent.
The new “kramer” brand being made by Gibson is horrid.

I still plan to come
I just didn’t want to lock up a spot when I can’t know 100% for sure… my brother in law has season tickets, but hasn’t received his vouchers for this event in the mail yet. Says they are supposed to arrive by the 6th.
know what you believe in and why you believe in it
Tony G
its hard not to get the autograph of a lock for the HOF but its not easy having Matty Ice within 10 ft and not getting his
i’m in between and rock and a hard place
Thanks Warlock!
Looking forward to it.

You guys are awesome for rec my post, and...
And getting it highlighted on the Carolina board. I know Jaxon is hating that, lol…
I have six locks on my door all in a row. When I go out, I only lock every other one. I figure no matter how long somebody stands there picking the locks, they are always locking three.
Elayne Boosler

Reporter: How will you address all of the dropped passes?
Mike Smith: I don’t think that we were as sharp as we have been catching the football. It’s something that is very fixable. It’s VERY fixable.
