Falcons Release C Alex Stepanovich

It was really just a question of who and when. With Jeremy Newberry signed, Stepanovich will hit the curb. With McClure, Newberry and Romberg still on the roster, I think the Falcons will be fine.

so we released our youngest center

leaving our remaining centers as follows

Romberg 29
Newberry 33
McClure 32

which means, it isn’t too farfetched to forsee a high round center being drafted in our somewhat near future… I can hope anyways!

I think you're right on...

Hopefully we’ll be picking 32nd, that should allow us to take someone like Kris O’Dowd from USC…

I have six locks on my door all in a row. When I go out, I only lock every other one. I figure no matter how long somebody stands there picking the locks, they are always locking three.
