Around SBN: The Gift Of The 2003 Tigers

I think the title explains it all, but it's nice to see optimism running so high. Even if I'm not quite willing to take that big of a swig from the Falcohol bottle just yet.

I'm farther down to earth.

9-7 prediction from me. Glad to see our Birds doing well in the preseason projections though.

I'd go 10-6, maybe

But 9-7 is the most realistic option given the difficulty of our schedule and lingering questions about the D.

Frankly

Our underdeveloped secondary frightens me. That’s why I’m so low on the win count. NE is going to have a field day :\

9 to 109 wins

Is way more realistic. We have a pretty tough schedule ahead of us and of course history is working against us!

In a way, each of us has an El Guapo to face.

That's a brilliant typo

109 Wins

We are going to win 109 games. That’s my official prediction. We are going to find ways to win games that we don’t even play in. That’s how great we are going to be.

In a way, each of us has an El Guapo to face.

I predicted 10-6 LAST year...

So it can be said that I vomit optimism. And even I don’t see us getting 12 wins.

vomit optimism

You really should go see a Dr. about that.

i can see 11 or 12

i think our front 7 are going to be a whole lot better which is why im not that worried about our secondary and our O is going to be able to put up points with anybody…..BOOM!!!!

reeeeeeaaaaaaach
Matt Ryan, coming into the league after a successful college career at Boston College, was nearly the pride of the NFL last season

keep stretching for it

Defense
Grade: B

I like the guy’s attitude (you gotta love biased fans), but I believe he projectorally vomits optomism. I do forsee the Falcons having another winning season, but I under no means think it is going to be pretty. I fully expect to be nervous every time the defense takes the field… but that isn’t much different than this last season. However, it will be nice knowing that as long as the offense is on the field, we still have a chance.

Also

I would add that as long as John Abraham stays healthy (NO MORE STUPID GROIN PULLS PLEASE!), then our defense will always have chance at performing better than your average bear!

Break The Cycle

I’ll be happy if we finally get 2 winning seasons in a row.

If I had a nickel for everytime someone told me I should shutup, I'd probably have 5 or 6 bucks.

Which is why..

….I mentioned that we have history working against us. And of course why I predicted 109 wins.

In a way, each of us has an El Guapo to face.
