Around SBN: Tobias Harris signs with Tennessee

Saw this in today's Uni Watch...glad to hear it, especially since it's the return of the red helmet!

Yes!

Reporter: How will you address all of the dropped passes?

Mike Smith: I don’t think that we were as sharp as we have been catching the football. It’s something that is very fixable. It’s VERY fixable.

1966 is a great choice

The red helmets are cool enough, but matching them up with the black jersey’s absolutely rocks.

I’ve always thought the “new” Falcon would look great on a red helmet

I might be in the minority...

But I HATE the 1966 uniforms. Everyone feel free to boo now.

actually, I kinda agree with the guy

but I’ll probably be celebrating in like 40 years from now when they wear the 2003(2003 to present) uniforms for a game, so I support their reasoning for doing this.

Sorta booo

I like the helmet, but I prefer the red jerssey to the black. and if I’m not mistaken the sleeves are mid length, kind of odd, but I guess that was the style back then.

I won't get excited...

… until we start playing “2 Legit 2 Quit” at games again.

Or have to listen to the classic rock so loud you can't hear yourself think...

As a uniform junkie..

..I like it. In fact this year is going to be smorgasbord of cool uniform related stuff.

-All of the original AFL teams will wear throwbacks (Titans will wear Oilers uni’s!) for certain games
-The Jags have new uni’s (like it)
-The Lions have updated uni’s (don’t like it)
-The 49ers have new uni’s (love them just for the fact that they got rid of those HORRIBLE drop shadows).

Who here thinks that Staffords new jersey # actually looks like a REALLY goofy “g”?

Alright, I will stop nerding out on you all now.

In a way, each of us has an El Guapo to face.

I always love uni changes and throwbacks

Call me nuts, but I actually like the new Lions gear.

I’m a big fan of uni changes.

I like watching the NFL modernize.

That is an expensive jersey ...

In my day

A jersey like that cost 15 cents and 12 hours of hard labor at the tungsten mines!

15 cents?

The Lions should give away jerseys …

They couldn't pay me to wear Detroit and Lions

on the same piece of merch.
