The Lazy Saturday Open Thread
I've got a wedding to attend that will take me away from Falcon football for the day, so I leave this open thread in your capable hands. Talk Falcons, talk free agency, talk new movies, talk whatever you feel like. Just don't leave scorched earth by the time I get back.
Enjoy!

do you mean like getting into an heated debate with a player’s mother that seems to spiral out of control until she admits that her feelings for the player are because she’s related to him?

Well, Terrell Owens is coming to the Dome this year...
The Buffalo game looked like the most boring one on the schedule, so that’s definitely news.

Texted me at the wedding I was at to tell me about the T.O. pickup. He might actually go out of his mind playing there.

I'm wary of that movie
I liked the graphic novel a lot and I more or less hated 300, so who knows what Snyder’s done to it.
Apparently it's "true" to the novel to the point that it's off putting for those
unfortunate souls who have yet to read it.
They also tweaked the end…a bit. Still quite contextual though. Overall, it ain’t bad, but it ain’t the book. C’est la cinema, no?

I saw it
I never read the novel and I was able to enjoy it very much. Maybe that’s because I had nothing to compare it to, but as a movie, it worked very well.
