Perhaps, although...

apparently the Saints only signed him as a temp due to injury. If he couldn’t make a pro roster on opening day, he may not bring a lot of talent to the table.

As if we're loaded with talent already.

Maybe work him out. He can’t possibly be any worse than what we already have, can he?

He has to be

better than Chris Houston no matter what.

No way

He was not good for the Saints, and their overall pass defense is much, much better than ours (hiding his deficiencies).

Wow I should've read the link first

If the Saints think Marcus McCauley is a better option at CB than McAlister, then that should be another clue that he can’t get it done…

Surely

If they are more talented then that says maybe he IS better than what we have already. beggars cant be choosers. and we are beggars,

Read the article first

Don’t pull a me, think it’s about Deuce not Chris and then think all the commenters are dumbasses with this secondary talk business.

Now I see that it’s Chris, there is no harm done in working him out and giving him one more shot to show he still has something there. Not even a low, it’s a no risk move.
