Norwood returns to practice
What? Good news? Sounds like a shot in the arm for our beleaguered offense.

Gotta Help!
Lordy, we need all the help we can get… Have you heard anymore on Turner the Burner’s status? Will he be any help even if he tried to play?

I wouldn't expect Turner to play.
High ankle sprains suck, no matter the severity.

let's hope he's ready to play
if i recall, he was playing some slot receiver too. so we might get some help in both the passing and running game.
Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I don't like that attitude. I can assure them it is much more serious than that. - Bill Shankly

I'd be really surprised if Norwood didn't play this Sunday
We need the running depth too much, if he’s capable of stepping on the field he’ll be in the game. And hopefully he’ll be back with a vengeance. And it’d be nice to see him catching some passes, I throw to him on Madden all the time…

Why don't we use other receivers on offense?
Any idea why we continue to use the receiver package we always use? Are our other receivers so bad in practice that our coaching staff refuses to use them? Somebody tell me please!

Agreed
I’d like to see Finneran out there. He’s mighty consistent and just one of my favorite players for the Falcons, or at least he has been for a while. Weems has a ton of talent too. Marty Booker’s a veteran that could use some touches.
Jenkins…I don’t know what’s up with him, but he either makes a great catch or fails miserably on the easy ones.

There have been a couple of games where we used a lot of different receivers
And I think it helps us out a lot when we do. I’d expect to see a prety wide variety against NYG as we poke for weaknesses in their questionable defense. You’re right about Jenkins, he’s generally reliable but will sometimes drop an easy pass for no reason.

Anything that causes the G's to alter gameplanning...
…is good news. I’d love to see JN32 in the game, just to change up how the NYG’s play the run.
How many more days, Lord, must I walk through the wilderness?

Ouch!
This is a hard team to root for lately! We seem devoid of any momentum except for going down hill fast… It’s not like we haven’t been here before but please somebody make a play! This team has too good a group of players to fade each week like we are playing…

Atlanta Patriots?
Reporter: How will you address all of the dropped passes?
Mike Smith: I don’t think that we were as sharp as we have been catching the football. It’s something that is very fixable. It’s VERY fixable.

norwood
he should only play if hes ready and shouldnt rush back. we should throw to him alot more in the flats and on screens. it would be amazing if we pulled out a win on sunday.
