The excuses are already coming.
The Cowboys are soooooo banged up but I guess the Falcons are in the best shape ever? It's hard to tell from the wording of the headline. Yet one more sports publication riding on the nuts of the NFC East which in my opinion is highly over rated.

Everyone's probable on the boys...
I would not call that banged up. The NFC EAST goes against the NFC South this year. The Cowboys are already 2-0 against this division.

A lot of publications do this stuff like this, definitely
Cowboys fans themselves will tell you they’re not banged up at this point. Oh, media!

Sporting News
is a mere shadow of its former self. I bought one of their NFL Draft annuals (among others) a few years ago and it was just awful, the worst of the lot.

It's still October
Falcons had more injuries than we did, not even close. Falcons are the ones that have legit excuses. So we had to win yesterday, HAD TO. But as a Cowboy fan, we’ll be the first to tell you October doesnt mean much. If we get wins like this in Deember, something the current regime has yet to deliver, we’ll talk smack.
Until then, I could care less about who has the best division. Doesn’t matter. But it does appear that the Saints are the class of NFC and they are in the South of course. We’re 3-0 vs. South, but the December trip to the Big Easy will be all we can handle and then some.
